Director of Product Management

Role & Responsibilities:

• Operate within a multi-domain product organization, owning a distinct product area and collaborating on cross-domain dependencies.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers, raising the bar on problem framing, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Own outcomes for your product domain, ensuring roadmap decisions translate into measurable improvements in business performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 9-10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years directly managing other product managers.
• Experience building workflow-driven, operations-heavy products in healthcare or value-based care environments.
• Strong track record of turning messy business processes into shipped product solutions that improve outcomes.
