- Seeking a Management Consultant in Oracle CX space.
- Willing to contribute and manage challenging tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Service Cloud modules.
- Customize Service processes using Application Composer and Redwood UI.
- Develop and maintain Groovy scripts, page customizations, and business rules.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Application Composer, Groovy, and Redwood UI.
- Knowledge of OTBI/BIP Reports.
