Job Summary:
- You will manage and contribute to challenging Oracle CX projects.
- You will exhibit strong project management and technical leadership skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery of multiple Oracle CX projects using Agile methodologies.
- Design and modify applications using Oracle Redwood.
- Mentor team members and troubleshoot complex issues.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years IT experience with 6+ years in Oracle CX.
- Strong programming skills and experience with JIRA.
- Certification in Oracle CX preferred.
