Technical Consultants are on the frontlines working to establish partnerships with Ramp customers, acting as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams.
You will define the customer's financial & technical success criteria from onboarding through activation and expansion.
This role is specifically focused on Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise customers running Oracle Fusion Cloud.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise accounts running Oracle Fusion, supporting complex, high-impact customers.
Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot Oracle Fusion integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions.

What You Need:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or related field.
4+ years in technical consulting or similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including financials modules and integration patterns.
