Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Analyst to design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Oracle Fusion HCM environment.
- The role requires strong technical expertise in HCM modules and hands-on experience with integrations, fast formulas, and data migration.
- You will collaborate closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to deliver scalable and efficient HCM solutions.
Key Requirements:
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM development and support.
- Proficiency in HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, and OIC.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud security roles and HCM data model architecture; expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with VBCS, ERP - Budgetary Control, General Ledger.
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Oracle Cloud HCM or Integration Cloud Certification preferred.
