Systems Analyst III – CAPPS Recruit Technical Oversight Analyst (Contractor)

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide senior-level technical leadership and oversight for enterprise recruiting and ERP systems.
• Support Oracle PeopleSoft and Oracle Taleo recruiting platforms, review technical designs and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and participate in audit and security activities.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with Texas state government agencies and enterprise application systems.
• Hands-on technical experience with Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and SQL.
• Experience with ITIL service management, service desk operations, and multi-tenant Oracle Taleo Recruit SaaS environments.

Work Model:

• Primary work arrangement is remote, within the continental United States.
• Occasionally required to attend meetings or events at the client site in Austin, Texas.
• Travel expenses are the responsibility of the employee and/or employer of record.
