The Director of Implementation (Enterprise) is responsible for leading the successful onboarding and technical enablement of large, complex healthcare organizations into Aledade’s technology ecosystem. This role requires exceptional project leadership skills and a deep understanding of enterprise EHR workflows and data integration strategies. The director will manage a portfolio of concurrent implementation projects, fostering strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
The Business Applications Analyst will focus on supporting the Go-To-Market organization’s Customer 360 strategic operations, creating clean, intuitive user experiences across the Salesforce ecosystem, data normalization, and seamless data flow. This role will transform how teams interact with data by designing role-specific interfaces that surface the most relevant customer information at the right time, enabling our GTM teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
