The Role:
- Veeva Systems is looking for a Configuration Consultant to join our RTSM team.
- This role involves configuring RTSM projects based on study requirements with high quality.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to understand RTSM requirements.
- Configure the RTSM system based on customer requirements and lead design review meetings.
- Manage and configure data integration solutions and troubleshoot complex issues.
Requirements:
- 2+ year degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years of customer service or client relationship experience.
- Proficiency in business software including MS Office and Text Editing software.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
