New Lead Feed ERP & Accounting Implementation Specialist

Role Overview:

• Lead implementation delivery including installation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support for Datacor Animal Nutrition products.
• Partner with Delivery Managers to execute project plans, hit milestones, and manage scope across concurrent implementations.

Accounting Configuration & Financial Integrity:

• Configure chart of accounts mapping, GL posting accounts, account segmentation, and integration between mill operations and financial systems.
• Validate inventory costing methodology (standard, average, FIFO/LIFO), cost roll-ups, variance accounts, and work-in-process treatment for batch manufacturing.

Training & Documentation:

• Deliver end-user and administrator training across operational and financial workflows, tailored to mill operators, office staff, controllers, and executives.
• Develop and maintain training documentation, user guides, configuration workbooks, and internal knowledge base materials.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot configuration, process, and data-related issues with clear, timely customer communication.
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while completing administrative responsibilities accurately and on time.
