What will you do:
- Perform, coordinate and improve most complex activities needed to provide IT services and the supporting infrastructure.
- Propose and perform regular inspections and improvement recommendations.
- Diagnose and resolve complex tickets or escalate complex tickets related to IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Virtualization tools and technologies knowledge.
- Strong analytical thinking and understanding of IT processes.
- Experience in IT operations and knowledge of SAP Capacity management and SAP Security.
Additional Information:
- Participation on on-call duties, independent solving and troubleshooting of incidents and errors.
- Remote working possibility only available within Slovakia due to European taxation regulation.
