Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for uCMDB during business hours with no on-call duty.
- Support daily application operations and ensure stable service delivery.
- Coordinate technical issues, incidents, and requirements with the software vendor.
Qualifications:
- Experience in uCMDB support and/or application operations.
- Understanding of application support processes and basic integration support.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with internal teams and external vendors.
