The Employee Engagement and Learning Specialist designs and implements initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, enhance employee engagement, and build leadership and professional capabilities across the workforce. This role also supports talent management and performance programs that foster retention, career growth, and organizational effectiveness. The Specialist partners with leaders and HR to drive programs that inspire employees, improve performance, and reinforce organizational values.
Responsibilities include leadership development and learning, employee engagement, recognition and culture, talent management and performance programs, and data and continuous improvement. Qualifications include a Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field and 3β5 years of experience in employee engagement, learning and development, or talent management.
