Accountabilities:
- Provide state-level leadership over underwriting and portfolio management, partnering closely with Sales throughout the full deal lifecycle.
- Partner with the State President, Regional Credit Manager, and internal stakeholders to achieve portfolio growth, profitability, and enterprise objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline required, Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in commercial credit underwriting and portfolio management experience.
- 5+ years management/leadership experience.
Skills:
- Proficient knowledge of credit policy, risk analysis, and loan documentation.
- Understanding of financial analysis, statements, and accounting concepts.
- Demonstrate strong organization and time management skills, able to balance multiple deadlines.
