ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Evaluate credit risk of prospective loans and sponsors.
- Analyze financial models, rent rolls, and third-party reports.
- Prepare thorough narratives summarizing loan terms and risks.
SPONSOR ANALYSIS:
- Complete Sponsor Analysis, including experience and financial statements.
- Perform property inspections and lease audits.
- Conduct market research using CoStar and appraisal reports.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and approve third-party reports like appraisals and environmental assessments.
- Manage underwriting due diligence and provide training to analysts.
- Communicate with loan production and capital markets teams.
