Global Marketing Director

As the Global Marketing Director at Nubank, you will have the opportunity to build and structure the Global Brand team from the ground up, forming a lean team to drive our brand strategy. Key collaborative efforts will involve working closely with local market teams, product development teams, strategic partners, and senior leadership. This is a critical new role, focused on ensuring consistency and excellence in how our brand is expressed across markets, while supporting local relevance and execution. The Director is responsible for building the foundational brand frameworks, enabling local market teams with guidelines and tools. The objective is to establish a consistent and globally recognized brand, powered by shared resources, aligned systems, and high-performing local adaptations.
