Job Description
Looking for an Engineering Manager to join the Agentic Platform team and help animate the roadmap while managing the team and ensuring the well-being of everyone. You'll work closely with the product team for prioritizing the roadmap and with the Data/IA team to structure the new platform. You will be mostly hands-on during the first months, you must be proficient in code and have significant experience of building and structuring new product with the help of other stakeholders (CTO, VPs). Is responsible for the team mindset and happiness, and conduct correctly the 1:1 and the annual evaluation with help of SE. The manager is also responsible of the evaluation, the objectives and the expectations to help its team to achieve their career path.
