At Datasite, client service representatives provide top-tier support to our global clientele, ensuring a seamless and successful experience with our products. This position involves consulting with clients to guide them in configuring and managing projects on the Datasite platform. Responsibilities include assisting customers in setting up projects, troubleshooting issues, and providing advice and training through various channels such as phone, email, and web meetings.
The goal is to resolve issues on the first call, demonstrating a proactive and client-focused approach. The role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively. Essential duties also involve capturing service requests in Salesforce Service Cloud and developing knowledge of industry and customer use cases.
