Responsibilities:
- Keep accounting & compliance shipshape: Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with GAAP.
- Find the buried treasure with financial reporting & analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in Accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP software, with expertise in Xero is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, hyper-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 yearly USD plus a performance-based bonus.
- Vacation Time: 144 hours of accrued vacation time to start.
