Reporting directly to the CMO, this is a founding, hands-on role focused on building and scaling our Google Ads and Bing Ads acquisition strategy from the ground up. You’ll take full ownership of these channels and progressively expand into YouTube and Display based on performance. This is your opportunity to define our entire paid search playbook — with the potential to grow into a broader leadership position if results follow.
We’ve yet to scale Paid Search, not due to lack of opportunity — search demand is massive — but because we prioritised other channels first and didn’t yet have the in-house expertise required to win. With the strongest product currently in the category and with your skillset, we have everything we need to replicate our success across other channels and dominate paid search.
