As a Paid Media Strategist, you will craft growth strategies for clients and lead advertising accounts. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to execute advertising campaigns, manage budgets and bids, and analyze data to improve campaign performance.
Manage paid media for 30+ practices across our clinic partner network. Ensure the regular and seamless onboarding of practices onto paid media and optimize campaigns to beat internal KPI benchmarks and program goals. Implement and configure conversion tracking and attribution across multiple conversion paths and provide feedback on all stages of our paid media funnels to stakeholders.

This is a hands-on execution role where youβll live inside Google/Bing Ads Manager and Google Ads Editor, structuring campaigns, scaling what works, cutting what doesnβt, keeping everything clean and organized, and acting on performance data daily.
