Own Growth Initiatives:
- Drive strategy, roadmap, and execution for growth across the user journey.
- Focus on onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and growth best practices.
Data Analysis & Experimentation:
- Analyze user data and conduct research to identify growth opportunities.
- Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product funnels.
- Define and track key metrics, reporting on progress to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams.
- Partner with product, user research, and data science.
- Communicate results effectively.
