Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact new users to help them book their first session
- Follow up on abandoned bookings and stuck after signup
- Handle cancellations with recovery flows and rebooking support
Expectations:
- 3–5 years in customer success / inside sales / community / retention
- Strong Spanish and working English
- Analytical mindset and High EQ
