Junior QA

As a Junior QA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. You will collaborate with development teams to define and implement testing standards and processes, contributing to a seamless user experience. Your work will help maintain the high standards of CI&T, aligning with our commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for various applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements and technical solutions. Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution. Conduct regression, performance, and user acceptance testing to ensure product reliability. Assist in the development and implementation of testing automation processes. Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and testing results. Maintain documentation related to testing processes and outcomes.
