Job Description
As an Implementation Analyst, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch implementation and ongoing managed services, training, and other professional offerings to both new and existing customers. You'll lead the full life cycle of client deployments for our software, managing expectations, meeting timelines, and acting as a key liaison between clients and various company departments. Your role will also involve educating clients on software capabilities and communicating enhancement ideas to our Product team. Expected to understand MeridianLinkβs software to educate clients and provide best practice recommendations. Expected to develop and implement initiatives that support client goals and objectives. Handle client onboarding activities, including core connectivity and third-party integrations. Manage internal and external stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the deployment cycle.
