Senior Security Automation Engineer

About the Role:

• The Senior Security Automation Engineer will create scalable solutions that improve security operations, compliance readiness, and identity management.
• Working at the intersection of security engineering, automation, and governance, this role helps transform manual processes into intelligent, continuous security capabilities.

Key Accountabilities:

• Design and implement security automation solutions that improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency across security and compliance operations.
• Build security telemetry capabilities that continuously collect control evidence, monitor security posture, and provide real-time visibility into risk and compliance status.
• Develop automation frameworks and custom integrations that support continuous control monitoring, audit readiness, and proactive risk management.

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in security automation, security engineering, identity and access management (IAM), or identity governance and administration (IGA).
• Proven ability to design and build scalable automation systems and security-focused engineering solutions.
• Strong programming experience in at least one commonly used language, such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
