Senior Manager, Digital Content Strategy

About the Role:

• This leader defines the narrative systems, content architecture, and governance that connect business strategy to customer experiences across ServiceNow.com.
• They partner with Experience Strategy, Product Marketing, Brand, UX, and Engineering to transform digital experiences into intelligent, connected systems.

What You'll Do:

• Define and own the digital narrative strategy, translating business priorities into reusable content models and patterns.
• Build AI-ready content systems for discoverability across search, AI, and personalization.
• Lead editorial strategy and governance to ensure clarity and consistency across the digital ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years leading digital content strategy or editorial strategy for large-scale properties.
• Deep experience with enterprise content governance, content models, and information architecture.
• Strong editorial instincts and proven ability to simplify complex topics.
