Responsibilities:
- Participate in the initial review of project proposals to determine time frame and staffing.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones.
- Establish a work plan and staffing for project activities.
Qualifications:
- A master's degree in computer science and three years of experience in IT.
- Experience in applications development, systems development, data communications and networking, or database administration.
- Experience in an administrative, managerial, or executive capacity.
