Here's What You'll Do:
- Collaborate to lead product discovery alongside cross-functional stakeholders.
- Translate user insights into journey maps, stories, flows, concepts, and interactive prototypes.
- Evolve the component library, patterns, and usage rules with design system partners and leadership.
Role Essentials:
- 5+ years of proven product design experience delivering complex enterprise software.
- Accessibility expertise with proven delivery of products meeting WCAG 2.1 or 2.2 AA success criteria.
- Strong product judgment with a proven ability to navigate tradeoffs.
