Data Center Technical Documentation Specialist

Key Accountabilities:

• Review technical training scripts, lesson plans, and sequence of operations (SOO) documentation for accuracy.
• Identify gaps, outdated content, and inconsistencies across the training library.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and learning and development teams.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience as a data center technician, ideally in a hyperscale, enterprise, or colocation environment.
• Working knowledge of critical infrastructure systems including electrical distribution, mechanical cooling, and associated monitoring and control systems.
• Solid understanding of system design and sequence of operations (SOO).

Communication and Translation Skills:

• Ability to take complex technical information and turn it into clear, usable content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to give direct, constructive feedback on documentation.
• Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
