Principal Technical Program Manager, AI Enablement

Role Overview:

• This is an operational role focused on accelerating AI integration across the company by embedding with teams and building practical, measurable solutions.
• Responsibilities include designing and shipping internal AI workflows, owning end-to-end AI initiatives, and driving organizational change through workshops and evangelism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-On Enablement: Identify AI use cases, build prototypes, evaluate tools, and establish measurement frameworks for adoption and ROI.
• Initiative Ownership: Manage select AI projects from scoping to rollout, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and external vendors.
• Evangelism & Change Management: Run enablement sessions, co-own internal programs like AI champions networks, and translate technical AI capabilities for business stakeholders.
• Strategy & Governance: Partner with leadership on AI strategy, maintain an adoption roadmap, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Required: 8+ years in technical program management or a similar cross-functional role, with proven ability to drive tool adoption and technical fluency in AI workflows and scripting.
• Preferred: Experience in K-12 edtech or regulated sectors, familiarity with compliance frameworks, and a background in developer experience or internal tools.
