Research Analyst - Administrative Assistant

The analyst will be working directly with the President and Director of growth to help with the company’s acquisition efforts, mainly helping identify and conduct outreach to prospective acquisition targets. Responsibilities include: Reviewing websites of companies to identify potential acquisition targets. Conduct research on identified acquisition targets. Input and manage prospect information in spreadsheets, ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date and organized. Assist in drafting personalized outreach emails/messages to get in contact with owners. Create financial analysis in excel of acquisition targets.
