What You’ll Do:
- Own Cadence’s transition from pilot to a repeatable, market-ready federal product.
- Establish the product vision, roadmap, release plan, backlog, and success measures.
- Lead a small technical team within Sales Engineering.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in product management, product ownership, or technical program management.
- Strong product judgment and user empathy for government program managers.
- Experience leading agile teams and managing product backlogs.
What Success Looks Like:
- Within the first year, taken ownership of Cadence and delivered a clear, prioritized roadmap.
- Built and led an effective technical team that delivers a reliable product regularly.
- Validated Cadence’s value proposition and defined deployment, pricing, and ROI strategy.
