Marketing Operations Senior Manager Brazil (Remote)

Reporting to the Director of Martech, the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations will build and optimize the marketing engine, maintaining the systems and processes that enable the marketing team to scale effectively. The role involves leading the strategic planning, management, and optimization of the marketing technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The candidate will act as the main evangelist for AI in marketing and collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to define requirements for new capabilities and marketing integrations. They will also communicate insights and results to stakeholders, including the Senior Director of Martech and VPs of Marketing, Sales, and Engineering.
