What You'll Do:
- Apply data analysis and process mapping to identify friction points and measure opportunity size.
- Guide development of automation use cases from concept through validation.
- Ensure solutions meet user needs and promote reuse of scalable capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in experience strategy, service design, or process improvement.
- Experience with process mapping and automation technologies.
- Healthcare knowledge and cross-functional collaboration skills.
