Job Description
As a Project Manager at OneVest, you will act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions during implementations, identify strategic program goals, and manage new customer onboarding projects. You will facilitate customer planning sessions, provide regular customer updates, and collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs. Nurturing existing accounts, providing subject matter expertise, monitoring project health, and leveraging data insights are also key aspects of this role. You will also contribute to improving processes, procedures, and documentation.
