Build & Innovate:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable technical solutions across our ecosystem, including integrations and automations built on Workato, internal tools, reporting solutions, web applications, plugins, and enhancements to our BigCommerce integration.
  • Ensure quality by performing tests and participating in peer code reviews to keep our codebase hero-grade.
  • Document clear Setup Guides and Deployment Methodologies to empower implementation specialists and clients.

Collaborate:

  • Participate in daily stand-ups and provide workload estimates to help our Tech Consultants manage client expectations.
  • Within 6 months, take support shifts and contribute to the development of a wide variety of technical solutions.
  • Within 12 months, proactively propose new solutions, upskill on new technologies, review peer code, and help enhance processes towards excellence.
