Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain real estate plan covering consolidations, subleases, terminations, and renewals.
- Develop and manage real estate and facilities portfolio budget and strategy.
- Source and manage brokers to market and sublease surplus space; negotiate LOIs and sublease terms.
Experience:
- Minimum five years, corporate real estate, facilities, or transactions experience with multisite office portfolios.
- Financial real estate and facilities management capability, including multi‑year planning and portfolio‑level budgeting.
- Proven project management across cross functional teams.
Skills:
- Lease fluency and negotiation experience.
- Proficiency with lease/portfolio tools and financial modelling.
- Flexibility with hours
