Lead the technical direction of the Web Applications Platform team, establishing architectural principles and a scalable technical roadmap.
Own and evolve shared platform services including authentication, authorization, identity, and configuration.
Design and maintain reliable build, deployment, and delivery workflows for applications in isolated customer environments.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience building and operating production software in a professional engineering environment.
Strong hands-on expertise with Python, Django, and FastAPI.
Deep experience with Kubernetes and GitOps-based delivery, including Helm and ArgoCD.
