Regional Director of Underwriting – West

Lead and expand our Workers Compensation underwriting operations across the Western U.S. This role encompasses team leadership, business development, and strategic underwriting, with a focus on specialized verticals such as construction, restaurants, and loss-sensitive accounts. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a growing team of production underwriters, overseeing underwriting activities to ensure adherence to guidelines and profitability targets, collaborating with the business development team to drive growth, conducting external demos and maintaining strong relationships with agency partners, and supporting the CIO with strategic projects and initiatives as needed.
