Proactively contact clients to ensure the best policy at a competitive price. Communicate effectively by phone, email and SMS with our clients to build trust and provide exceptional customer service. Monitor personal performance and achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals. Keep accurate notes of client interactions and add follow-up activities in our CRM system. Work closely with the customer service and sales team to achieve team goals. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.
