• Champions “workflows don’t fail” and shapes retry behavior and recovery tools.

Focuses on Messaging & Interactivity:

• Ensures developers can build interactive, event-driven systems with predictable semantics and great UX.
• Drives coherence across Temporal’s primitives so workflows, activities, and messaging feel like parts of one operating system for distributed apps.
• Steers strategy for scalable, predictable workload economics, including batching, resource usage, and scheduling efficiency.
