Creative Strategy & Systems Thinking:
- Translate creative strategy into repeatable, scalable systems for AI-powered content production.
- Collaborate with creative, innovation, and social teams to ensure automated outputs align with brand voice.
- Identify opportunities to streamline ideation, production, and publishing through automation.
AI & Automation-Driven Production:
- Build and maintain automated workflows for short-form content creation using AI tools.
- Design modular creative frameworks (templates, prompts, pipelines) that enable rapid, high-volume content production.
- Integrate AI tools with automation platforms to reduce manual effort across creative operations.
Creative Operations & Enablement:
- Support the AI Creative team by documenting workflows, best practices, and system logic for scalable use.
- Train and support team members on automated creative pipelines and AI-assisted production methods.
- Partner with the Director of AI Creative Strategy + Senior Director of Innovation to prototype new automated creative formats and production systems.
