Job Description
Ensure the timely and accurate administration and calculation of all sales incentive plans. Perform payroll processing which includes payment analysis, researching anomalies and preparing file for payment processing. Research and resolve inquiries from variable compensation eligible employees on commissions plan payouts. Prepare and submit the monthly commission accrual ensuring timeliness and accuracy as part of the month-end close process. Update the commissions software with compensation plan changes including HR data changes, new hires, termination and LOAs (leave of absences) to ensure commission calculations are accurate and reps are paid timely. Support cross-functional initiatives related to sales compensation, which includes collaborating with finance, sales operations, HR and other cross-functional groups. Create and manage Adhoc reports as assigned. Participate in the annual comp planning process and enhancements. Participating in UAT to ensure the system enhancements and new plan year changes produces the expected results. Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvements and automation. Monthly reconciliations of accrual vs actual payments. Assist in documenting and preparing department processes and controls.
