Job Description
Define and execute Truv’s go-to-market strategy focused on pipeline generation. Build, lead, and scale a high-performing pipeline-generating team , including BDRs, field marketers, growth engineers, and other go-to-market team members. Design and implement phone-driven outbound strategies , and collaborate with growth engineers to automate all scalable GTM processes . Write high-impact, compelling copy that supports outbound marketing strategy, and develop and execute call scripts and phone-based go-to-market playbooks . Scale and optimize the use of tools such as HubSpot, Clay, PowerDialers , and other GTM platforms. Partner closely with sales, product, and marketing to align pipeline initiatives with company objectives. Track and report on pipeline metrics, using data to refine and improve strategies.
