Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Microsoft Power BI.
- Build and customize ServiceNow reports to monitor incidents, service requests, SLAs, and ticket resolution times.
- Extract, analyze, and integrate data from ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident Management, Request Management, and CMDB.
Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret clearance required; must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Minimum of 10 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise Power BI dashboards and ServiceNow ITSM data.
