Role Summary:
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department for ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure that ServiceNow capabilities align with organizational objectives and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions and document business processes and requirements.
- Analyze as-is processes and design to-be workflows leveraging ServiceNow best practices.
- Create functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and conduct gap analyses.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and Service Catalog.
- Excellent communication skills and an active IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance.
