Job Description
Lead and support a team of engineers working across the stack on Spellbook’s AI-powered application. Partner closely with product management, design, and leadership to shape and execute the engineering roadmap. Stay hands-on — contributing to system architecture, reviewing code, and writing production-level code. Mentor and grow engineers through feedback, coaching, and career development support. Use LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, and others to enhance workflows for legal teams, driving innovation through applied AI. Ensure product quality, performance, and reliability through architectural guidance, operational excellence, and rigorous testing. Champion a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and ownership.
