Job Description
The IT Manager provides strategic and hands-on leadership for all information-technology operations supporting International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. with a single headquarters site and a geographically dispersed, largely remote employee base. The environment is anchored in a Microsoft 365 GCC High tenant, supplemented by on-premises networking, FedRAMP-authorized SaaS platforms, and limited Azure Government IaaS workloads. The role balances day-to-day service delivery (help desk, infrastructure, security, and compliance) with longer-term technology road-mapping and budget stewardship to ensure the organization meets mission, contractual, and regulatory obligations.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a 3-year IT roadmap, managing IT budgets, serving as tenant Global Administrator, implementing security measures, overseeing endpoint management, assisting with security plan maintenance, leading incident response, managing SIEM, maintaining local-area network, administering DNS, establishing disaster-recovery plans, deploying self-service knowledge articles, managing SaaS and IaaS providers, and delivering security-awareness training.
