AI Engineering Manager

As a skilled AI Engineering Manager, you will lead, direct, manage, and participate in the day-to-day operations of a team of software, data and AI engineers working closely with QA engineers, product owners and business. You will manage the operational aspects of the teams to ensure business and product objectives are met. You provide administrative, technical, and people leadership for multiple, diverse, and geographically distributed teams. You will coach and guide teams, be a partner with the VP and CTO on strategic initiatives, and ensure the engineering organization can scale while pushing innovation. You will help shape the direction of our applied AI areas, drive the deployment of AI models, and work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, data engineers, and product teams, to deliver AI solutions. You will also mentor development team members, participate in architectural discussions, identify improvement strategies, communicate organizational updates, manage software development teams, help shape the roadmap and facilitate communication around architecture and design. You will coach and mentor software developers, develop staff skills, provide continuous feedback, and evolve the team’s organization structure for scale.
