Senior Business Program Manager

Collaborate across Tech to build and support critical non-technical programs, from guiding org communication and knowledge management to optimizing developer training, mentorship, and tooling enablement. Identify strategic opportunities within Tech to introduce or mature programs aligning with evolving priorities and needs, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Independently design, launch, and manage your own programs, translating high-level requirements into detailed, prioritized tasks, while defining project plans, mitigating risks, coordinating resources, and managing rollouts and maintenance.
